Monarch Education are currently working with a supportive and welcoming Primary school in the Solihull area, who are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team. This is a term‑time‑only role working Monday to Friday supporting children within a nurturing and engaging early years environment. This role is starting ASAP and is until at least Easter 2027.
The successful candidate will be supporting children across Nursery-aged provision, helping to deliver high-quality early years education and care.

Essential Criteria
To be considered, you must have:
- Level 3 Qualification in Childcare / Early Years
- Experience supporting children in an early years setting
- Strong understanding of EYFS development and early learning
- Ability to support learning through play and structured activities
- Good communication skills and a patient, nurturing approach
