Monarch Education are currently working with a supportive and welcoming Primary school in the Solihull area, who are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team. This is a term‑time‑only role working Monday to Friday supporting children within a nurturing and engaging early years environment. This role is starting ASAP and is until at least Easter 2027.

The successful candidate will be supporting children across Nursery-aged provision, helping to deliver high-quality early years education and care.

  • Setting: Nursery School
  • Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday
  • Term Time Only
  • Supporting children within Early Years

Essential Criteria

To be considered, you must have:

  • Level 3 Qualification in Childcare / Early Years
  • Experience supporting children in an early years setting
  • Strong understanding of EYFS development and early learning
  • Ability to support learning through play and structured activities
  • Good communication skills and a patient, nurturing approach
