Level 2 & Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistants Required

Monarch Education is currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Level 2 and Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Oldham.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and can make a positive impact in the classroom. Opportunities are available for those seeking flexible work, with a minimum commitment of 2 days per week.
The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you may be required to provide:
- 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
- Small group interventions to support learning and development
- Whole class support alongside the class teacher
- Assistance with social, emotional and behavioural needs
- Support in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
Requirements
To be considered for these roles, you must:
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Have experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting
- Be passionate about supporting pupils with SEND
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be reliable, adaptable and committed to making a difference
- Be available to work a minimum of 2 days per week
