About the Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing during their most important formative years.
Working across a variety of high-quality settings, you will help create engaging learning experiences, support children’s social and emotional development, and contribute to safe, nurturing environments where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years.
- Support children’s development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Plan and participate in engaging indoor and outdoor activities.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress and achievements.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Promote children’s independence, confidence, and wellbeing.
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are consistently met.
- Contribute to creating inclusive and stimulating learning environments.
- Support children with varying developmental and educational needs.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who are:
- Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent).
- Passionate about supporting young children’s development.
- Friendly, caring, and approachable.
- Reliable and adaptable to different settings.
- Confident working as part of a wider team.
- Committed to providing high standards of care and education.
- Knowledgeable about EYFS principles and safeguarding practices.
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
