Monarch Education is recruiting passionate and adaptable Primary Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in North Manchester. Whether you’re looking for day-to-day supply, short-term cover or long-term placements, we are looking for teachers who can confidently step into any classroom, deliver high-quality learning and make a positive impact from day one.

The Role
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and expectations
- Create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
- Demonstrate strong behaviour management and classroom presence
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Assess and monitor pupil progress where required
- Uphold each school’s values, policies and safeguarding procedures
- Maintain high expectations for learning, behaviour and achievement
What We’re Looking For
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have recent UK primary school teaching experience
- Be confident teaching across EYFS to KS2
- Be flexible, adaptable and comfortable working in different school settings
- Have excellent behaviour management skills
- Be capable of quickly establishing positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Demonstrate professionalism and reliability at all times
- Have a genuine passion for improving outcomes for children
