What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging and inspiring lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Creating a positive learning environment where every child can thrive
- Adapting quickly to different classroom settings and school cultures
- Managing behaviour effectively and maintaining high expectations
- Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Supporting pupils to achieve their academic and personal potential
- Upholding the values, policies and standards of each school you work within
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- A genuine passion for education and improving outcomes for children
- Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude
