What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supervising pupils during lunch in the dining hall and playground
- Encouraging positive behaviour, inclusion and good manners
- Helping children enjoy a safe, happy and engaging lunchtime experience
- Supporting younger pupils with meals and social interaction where required
- Promoting safe play and ensuring pupil wellbeing at all times
- Assisting with the setup and tidiness of lunchtime areas
- Reporting any concerns, incidents or safeguarding issues to school staff
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident around children
- Reliable, punctual and committed
- Able to encourage positive behaviour and build good relationships with pupils
- A strong team player with good communication skills
- Calm, patient and caring in busy school environments
- Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential
- Eligible to work in the UK
