The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will:
- Support children aged 0-5 in their daily learning and development.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Encourage children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.
- Support children’s personal care needs where required.
- Promote positive behaviour and independence.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated early years team.
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are always met.
What We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from candidates who:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent recognised qualification).
- Have experience working within a nursery, preschool, or early years setting.
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are patient, caring, and nurturing.
- Can work effectively as part of a team.
- Are proactive, organised, and enthusiastic.
