Monarch Education are delighted to be working with a welcoming and community-focused primary school in the Coleshill area to recruit Qualified Teachers for both full-time and part-time opportunities.
We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and experienced teachers who have successfully completed their ECT induction period and are looking for their next opportunity within a supportive and inclusive school environment.
The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, creating engaging learning experiences, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential. Opportunities may be available across a range of primary year groups depending on experience and school requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Flexible classroom experience to help in any year group needed
- Teachers who have successfully completed their ECT induction
- Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A passion for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- A commitment to raising attainment and supporting pupil progress
- A flexible and proactive approach
Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all learners
- Supporting pupils’ personal, social, and emotional development
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- Contributing to the wider life of the school
