Monarch Education are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and adaptable Qualified Primary Teachers to work within a welcoming and supportive primary school in Birmingham.
We are seeking experienced teachers who are looking for either flexible day-to-day supply work or full-time teaching opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, can quickly build positive relationships, and are passionate about delivering high-quality education across the primary age range.
For long-term and full-time placements, teachers will be expected to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons, assess pupil progress, and contribute to the wider school community. Day-to-day supply teachers will benefit from the flexibility of choosing when and where they work while making a positive impact in the classroom.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Teachers who have successfully completed their ECT induction
- Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Confidence teaching across KS1 and KS2
- Experience planning, preparing, and assessing lessons
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
- The ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum
- Planning and preparing lessons for long-term and full-time roles
- Assessing, monitoring, and tracking pupil progress
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Working collaboratively with school staff and parents
- Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
