You’ll work alongside experienced teachers, SENCOs and specialist staff to help pupils build confidence, achieve their targets and enjoy a positive educational experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Implementing strategies to support learning, behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils
  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Encouraging pupil independence and confidence
  • Supporting children with EHCP targets where required
  • Creating a safe, nurturing and supportive learning environment
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and parents

We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience working in a UK school or educational setting
  • Experience supporting children with SEND
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management
  • Right to work in the UK
  • A patient, resilient and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
