As an Exam Invigilator, you will be responsible for supervising examinations, maintaining exam regulations, distributing and collecting papers, and supporting the smooth running of the assessment process.

The Role

• Supervise students during examinations, ensuring all exam regulations and procedures are followed.
• Distribute, collect, and securely manage examination papers and materials.
• Maintain a calm, quiet, and professional exam environment throughout each session.
• Assist students with exam-related queries while adhering to JCQ guidelines.
• Report any incidents, irregularities, or breaches of exam conditions to the Exams Officer promptly

Essential Requirement

• Patience, resilience and a calm, nurturing approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to follow exam regulations and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Professionalism, reliability and integrity
