Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic PPA Teacher to work within a welcoming primary school in the Northfield area of South Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher looking for a part-time role, offering the chance to teach across a range of year groups while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

About the Role

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons to cover PPA time across the primary age range
  • Create a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers and school staff
  • Maintain high standards of teaching and learning

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach
  • A passion for supporting pupils to reach their full potential
