Are you a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a part-time cleaning role? We are currently seeking School Cleaners to work within our partner schools across Bristol.
We have a variety of opportunities available, including afternoon cleaning shifts (typically 3:00pm to 6:00pm) and school holiday cleaning work, offering flexibility to suit your availability. This is an excellent opportunity to work within supportive school environments and help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for staff and pupils.
About the Role:
As a School Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment within the school premises. Your work will help ensure a safe, welcoming, and productive environment for staff and pupils alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning classrooms, hallways, toilets, and communal areas
- Emptying bins and maintaining waste disposal
- Ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored
- Following health and safety and infection control procedures
- Using cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards to appropriate staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness
- Understanding of health and safety procedures
