Monarch Education is currently collaborating with a prestigious secondary school situated in the Hall Green area. Our aim is to identify and appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages Teacher (Spanish & French) who possesses the capability to deliver exceptional education to students within Key Stages 3 and 4. This opportunity entails a long-term, full-time commitment with roles available for commencement throughout the academic year.

Initially, this position covers the first term; however, it holds the potential for extension based on the performance and compatibility of the selected candidate.

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (NQTs are warmly encouraged to apply)
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Modern Foreign Languages Curriculum
  • Demonstrate prior experience in teaching students within Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Exude confidence and competence in a classroom environment

As a Modern Foreign Languages Teacher at our school, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Fostering positive relationships with both students and parents while adhering to the MFL curriculum
  • Delivering meticulously planned and well-structured lessons
  • Demonstrating evidence of exemplary classroom practices or the potential to achieve them
  • Showcasing a history of successful student outcomes across different Key Stages
  • Maintaining high expectations for student attainment and behaviour
  • Exuding a passion for offering an extensive array of extra-curricular opportunities for our young learners
