The Trust comprises of seven schools – 4 secondary and 3 primary – across Bristol and South Gloucestershire including The Castle School, Marlwood School, Downend School, Mangotsfield School, Lyde Green Primary School, Severn Beach Primary School and Charfield Primary School.

 

Monarch Education, a brand of Affinity Workforce Solutions, is a provider on the staffing supply chain for both teaching and non-teaching staff across the Trust’s schools.

By becoming the master vendor and overseeing the staffing supply, Affinity Workforce will aim to standardise charge rates across all academies whilst ensuring candidates are paid above marketing rates to attract quality.
