Incentive
£100 for every new ECT candidate that registers between 1st January 2026 – 20th February 2026 and works 20 days for Monarch Education between 1st September 2026 – 30th November 2026.
Eligibility Criteria
- Only candidates who are newly registered as ECTs with Monarch Education between 1st January 2026 – 20th February 2026 and works 20 days for Monarch Education between 1st September 2026 – 30th November 2026.
- Candidates must not have previously registered with the brand, or be registered with any other brand within Affinity Workforce Solutions.
- The 20 days must be completed within the specified time frame and must be verified through official timesheets.
Work Requirements
- Only full working days count toward the 20-day requirement.
- Work must be completed in paid teaching roles.
Payment Terms
- Incentive payments will be issued within 30 days of verification by Payroll.
- Payments will be made via bank transfer to the candidate’s registered account.
- Incentive payments may be subject to tax and national insurance deductions, depending on individual circumstances.
General Conditions
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding eligibility or payment must be raised within 14 days of notification from Payroll.
- The company reserves the right to audit submissions and withhold payment if discrepancies are found.
- Programme Changes: The company reserves the right to amend or withdraw the incentive scheme at any time without prior notice.
- Non-Transferable: The incentive is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other benefits.
