This position is full time which will be ideal for someone who is experienced in administrating in a Primary School environment who is professional, kind and caring. We are seeking an administrator who is dedicated to the job and who thrives under pressure.

Job Description:

As a School Administrator, you will have a crucial role managing daily office operations, coordinating administrative tasks and providing exceptional support to staff and clients.

  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports and correspondence.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure a good quality working environment.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and support Human Resources functions
  • Assist in organising school events and meetings
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations
  • Support budgeting and financial record keeping

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the role of a School Administrator.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of school policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
