Monarch Education are recruiting School Administrators to support primary schools across Derby.

These roles are available on both a full time and part time basis and are ideal for experienced administrators who are confident working in a busy school environment.


About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting the day to day running of the school office, ensuring efficient administrative processes and providing a professional first point of contact for staff, pupils and visitors.

Roles may vary between schools, offering both short term and longer term opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

Manage front of house and reception duties
Handle phone and email enquiries
Maintain accurate pupil records and data systems
Support attendance tracking and reporting
Assist with general administrative tasks
Work closely with school leadership and support staff


Requirements

Previous experience working in a school office is highly desirable
Familiarity with school systems such as SIMS or Arbor is preferred
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Professional and approachable manner
Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast paced environment
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
