This long-term supply position offers the chance to teach in a supportive school with excellent leadership, strong student engagement and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced Art Teachers and confident Early Career Teachers who are passionate about nurturing creativity, developing artistic skills and helping students achieve their full potential.
The Role
As the successful Art Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and creative Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan, prepare and assess work in line with the national curriculum
- Encourage students to develop confidence, imagination and technical skills
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support students of all abilities to achieve strong outcomes
- Contribute positively to a well-established and collaborative department
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching Art at secondary level within the UK
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A passion for creative education and student success
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- Recent and relevant teaching references
