Art Teacher with SEND

£27198 – £31400 annually based on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday, 36 hours per week

Monarch is thrilled to partner with a Specialist College in Harborne seeking an Art Teacher to start in as soon as possible. This position is full time, on a long-term basis until at least July 2025.
This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to support and enhance the educational journey of students with diverse needs and abilities on campus.
Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a background in teaching Art and working with students with a range of SEND.
The Role:
You would be teaching in a SEND college for young adults with a variety of needs, from ages 16 to 25.
The facilities at the college are designed to be an inclusive and supportive learning environment. They feature modern classrooms equipped with interactive technology, specialised learning spaces, and sensory rooms.
Support services include spaces for counselling and therapy, ensuring that students’ emotional well-being is prioritised.
