Childcare Assistant – Before School Club (Term Time Only)

Monarch Education are seeking a dedicated Childcare Assistant to support our partner school in Solihull with their Before School Club provision. This role involves working with children aged 4-11, providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment before the start of the school day.

Details:

  • Hours: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM, Monday to Friday
  • Term Time Only
  • Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working within a school environment
  • A valid Teaching Assistant Qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) – ESSENTIAL
  • A caring, proactive approach to child supervision and engagement
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and child welfare

Please note: Applications without a valid Teaching Assistant Qualification and relevant school experience will not be considered.
