We are representing a large SEN School in Nuneaton that have multiple roles for SEND Teaching Assistants to start ASAP. The school has fantastic facilities, beautiful grounds and a dynamic and alternative curriculum for pupils requiring additional support and care within their education environment.

You’ll be matched to young people based on your experience, and will mostly be working 1:1 with this pupil throughout your placement. The placement is initially temporary but has the potential to be permanent should both parties be happy following an induction period.

Key information

  • Competitive pay rates from £90 to £110 a day depending on experience
  • You’ll be matched to students & you’ll work with them on a 1:1 basis
  • Provided education on and off school site
  • Working with pupils that have various special educational needs and/or social, emotional & mental health needs

What are we looking for?

  • At least a year’s experience of working with children who have SEN and/or SEMH needs
  • A proven track record of delivering primary or secondary education
  • Understanding of & commitment to safeguarding
  • A resilient personality and creative flair
