Behaviour Mentor – Primary Schools in Gloucester

Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to work within local primary schools in Gloucester. In this role, you will support both the class teacher and students in managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment. You may be working on a 1:1 basis with a student or providing general classroom support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting children with challenging behaviour.
• Assisting the class teacher in creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Providing tailored interventions to meet the individual needs of students.
• Working on a 1:1 basis or providing general classroom support as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Ability to build strong, positive relationships with children and staff.

Pay and Benefits:

• Competitive daily rate: £85 to £100, paid weekly.
