Behaviour Mentor

Monarch Education are recruiting for a school in the Cotgrave area who are looking for individuals to take on a Behaviour Mentoring role. The school is seeking someone who is confident communicating and interacting with young people and supporting them with their social, emotional and mental health needs. Hours of work: 8:30-3:15 Monday- Friday.

Job Description:

• Working with children in the classroom setting
• Managing challenging behaviour
• Working with students one to one
• Acting as a positive role model to students
• Taking an interest in and supporting the wellbeing of students

The school are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with young people, this could be as a Sports Coach, Dance Leader, Scout Leader or something similar
• Has a positive attitude
• Can engage children in and out of the classroom
• Feels confident managing challenging behaviour
• Has a can-do positive attitude
