Behavioural Teaching Assistant – Bolton

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:15pm

Monarch Education are recruiting a Behavioural Teaching Assistant to join Raise Education and Wellbeing School in Bolton – a supportive setting for pupils aged 11-19 with a range of social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

You’ll be working closely with students in small groups and 1:1, helping them re-engage with learning, manage behaviour positively, and develop confidence both inside and outside the classroom. Some days may be spent supporting pupils off-site, so a car and full UK driving licence are essential.

We’re looking for someone who’s patient, resilient and compassionate, with experience supporting young people in education, youth work or care.

This is a full-time, term-time role with the opportunity to become permanent after a successful period via Monarch Education.
