Business Studies Teacher

Location: Worcester

Hours: Flexible – full-time or part-time available

Salary: £140 – £200 per day

Temporary – permanent, long-term

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Teacher to join our team at a SEMH Secondary School in Worcester. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in Business Studies to students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and innovative lessons in Business Studies to students with SEMH needs
  • Differentiate teaching strategies and resources to meet the individual learning needs of students
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Promote the importance of business education and its relevance to students’ future careers

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching Business Studies at a secondary level
  • Understanding of SEMH needs and ability to adapt teaching practices accordingly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school community
