Monarch Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a thriving academy based in Solihull for a Business Studies teacher. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to teach Key Stage 4 and 5 students, helping them achieve their highest potential in business studies. As part of a Multi-Academy Trust, their school is committed to providing an outstanding education with a strong focus on career-based learning. This position is to start as soon as possible.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching of Business Studies to Key Stage 4 & 5 students.
  • Ensure students achieve exceptional outcomes through effective lesson planning, teaching, and assessment.
  • Embrace the school’s vision and curriculum, aligning lessons with our values of academic excellence and career readiness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the development of our business curriculum.
  • Participate actively in school meetings, extracurricular activities, and initiatives that enhance the school community.
  • Support students in their personal and academic growth, fostering a passion for business and career development.

Requirements

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) with experience teaching Business Studies at Key Stage 4 & 5.
  • A commitment to delivering high standards of teaching and ensuring that students meet their academic goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • A passion for business education and preparing students for their future careers
