About the Role
You will deliver engaging and well-structured Business lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop a strong understanding of enterprise, finance, and entrepreneurship. The school places a high value on making learning relevant and accessible, and you’ll be supported to deliver creative and impactful lessons.
You’ll also benefit from collaboration across the wider trust, sharing best practice and developing your teaching further.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Business across KS3 and KS4 (up to GCSE level)
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons
- Support students in developing analytical, commercial, and decision-making skills
- Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the trust
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies
- Experience teaching up to GCSE level
- Excellent classroom management skills
- A passion for teaching and student success
- A proactive and collaborative approach
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
