Monarch Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a thriving secondary school in the Birmingham area for a talented and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to join their team immediately on a full-time, long-term temporary basis for an initial one-term assignment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher to deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across KS3, KS4 and KS5, alongside teaching Travel & Tourism. The successful candidate will inspire students to develop a strong understanding of the business world while supporting them to achieve their academic potential.
The Role:
- Teaching Business Studies across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
- Delivering Travel & Tourism lessons to secondary-aged students.
- Planning, preparing and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Assessing, monitoring and reporting on student progress.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contributing to the wider life of the department and school.
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5.
- Ideally have experience teaching Travel & Tourism.
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Be passionate about raising achievement and supporting student success.
- Be an effective communicator with excellent organisational skills.

Salary: £165-£262 per day (Dependent on experience)
