Care Taker

Hours: 3-6pm Monday – Friday – negotiable

Pay: £15-£18 per hour

Location: Kettering

You would work on a school site in the Kettering area, completing repairs / liaising with trades people and organising for contractors to be on site. Additionally you are responsible for the schools building compliance (water testing / fire alarm tests etc..) and would check lock up and alarm the building each day at approx 6pm.

You must be able to start ASAP and be available to work over summer and into September.

The hours can be increased if you are a carpenter by trade, the times you can work are also negotiable.

This individual must be able to repair doors, replace broken windows (not doubled glaze), and support with minor repairs.
