Location: Lichfield

Hours: 07:00 – 15:00

Salary/daily rate: £14.00 – £16.50

We are currently supporting a primary school in Lichfield and require an experienced Caretaker/Handyman. Hours will be 07.00 – 15.00 and may include working weekends on occasion if there is a specific event or contractors on site.

Caretakers play vital role in the maintenance and security of the school grounds. You will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, providing cleaning, gardening, building maintenance and support across the site.

Caretaker’s main responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Carrying out basic repairs
• Keeping on top of health and safety around the school.
• Maintaining security and access to the premises.
• Effective time keeping executing all tasks for the day.
• Manage heating, lighting, and alarms systems to ensure they work correctly.
• Cleaning and supervising cleaners.
