Caretaker – Part-Time (10 Hours per Week)

Monarch Education is recruiting a reliable, proactive Caretaker to support a welcoming, rural primary school within a respected multi-academy trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, secure and well-presented school environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will:

  • Ensure the ongoing security and safety of the school site
  • Carry out internal and external maintenance tasks, including urgent and routine repairs
  • Support building compliance and liaise effectively with contractors
  • Use computer systems to monitor and record health & safety activities
  • Help maintain the school grounds to a high standard

Working Hours

  • 10 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 9:30am (flexibility may be required during school holidays)
