Job Title: Year 2/3 Class Teacher – Open to ECTs
Location: Dudley, DY4
Contract Type: Full-Time
Salary: £162.31 – £235 per day
Start Date: ASAP

Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a committed and enthusiastic Year 2/3 Class Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Dudley (DY4). This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to begin or continue their journey in a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners in a mixed Year 2/3 class.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.
• Assess pupil progress and use data to inform planning and interventions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure every child achieves their full potential.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applications welcome from ECTs.
• Strong understanding of the KS1 and lower KS2 curriculum.
• Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing.
