About the Role:

  • Provide in-class support to students, ensuring they stay engaged and on task.
  • Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
  • Support students with additional needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Supervise lessons in the absence of the teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Offer one-to-one or small group interventions where required.

  • Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential.
