Job Title – Cover Supervisor

Pay Rate – £100 to £115 per day (dependent on experience)

Hours of Work – Full Time, Long Term Start Date – ASAP

Monarch Education are currently recruiting a cover supervisors for an ofted rated ‘good’ Primary and secondary school in Stamford, Peterborough. This role is starting ASAP and will be held until the end of this academic year with the option to go temp to perm in the future. The ideal candidate will have impeccable behaviour management skills and be able to manage a classroom of up to 30 students whilst delivering work that has been set by the school.

Candidate Requirements –

– Able to manage class sizes of up to 30 students

– Enhanced Child DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

– Excellent behaviour management skills Drivers licence desirable

– Abiliy to manage a class room Main Responsibilities –

– Supervising pupils, ensuring they are engaged in the classwork

– Have a vast knowledge and expertise on the UK school curriculm

– Able to follow the policies and procedures of the school

– Able to effectively diffuse situations and act accoringly
