Cover Supervisor Teacher

Area: Oxford, Oxfordshire

Salary: £110- £130 per day (depending on experience)

Hours: 08:30- 15:30

Start date: Work available immediately

Monarch Education specialise in finding work for Supply Teachers, Cover supervisors and Teaching Assistants. These positions range from short day-to-day assignments to long-term positions which can lead into permanent placements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage students in their learning by delivering a variety of pre-prepared lessons in the absence of regular teachers.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and progress.
• Manage behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all.
• Uphold school policies and expectations.

Requirements:

• A desire for education and supporting the development of young minds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work with different year groups and subjects.
• Prior experience in a school environment or working with children is an advantage.
