Salary: £100-£130 per day (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) or flexible ad-hoc options available

We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors in primary schools across Peterborough. This is the perfect opportunity for recent graduates, youth workers, sports coaches, or anyone considering a future in teaching.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising pre-planned lessons across various year groups
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Supporting students and helping them stay on task

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (education, coaching, care, etc.)
• A degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude
