About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences. You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
This role is ideal for:
- Graduates considering a career in teaching
- Experienced cover supervisors or teaching assistants
- Individuals with a background in youth work, coaching, or mentoring

- Strong classroom presence and confidence managing groups of students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils (desirable but not essential)
