We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join our team. If you’re dedicated to education and value flexibility, this is your chance to make a difference in secondary schools. We are currently looking to employ experienced cover supervisors within the Telford/Shropshire area who are looking for their next opportunity.

Role Overview
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Manage secondary school classrooms during teacher absences.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students stay on task.
• Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment.
• Uphold behaviour policies and provide feedback to the school after lessons.
• Ensuring safety of all students and following safeguarding rules.

Your role is essential in ensuring continuity for students and supporting school staff.

Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in education or a similar role is preferred.
Skills: Strong classroom management and the ability to engage students effectively.
Adaptability: The capability to adjust quickly to different school environments and follow pre-set lesson plans.
Safeguarding: A valid DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is required.
