Cover Teacher

Monarch Education are looking for Qualified Teachers to work in a host of schools in and around the Gloucestershire area. We are keen to speak to individuals who are dedicated educators, who possess a passion for delivering high quality educational experiences.

Required experiences and qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with a strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum.
• Proven experience working with children, either as a Supply Teacher or in a similar capacity
• Be able to motivate and support children from all backgrounds, as well as support their individual needs.
• Possess both strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver enriching lessons and activities that promote both group and individual learning.
• Manage pupil’s behaviours and implement the school’s behaviour policy, when required.
• Support pupils long-term social and cognitive development.
• Foster a positive and safe learning environment.
