Crèche Worker
Location: Hulme, Manchester (M15)
Pay: £14.25 – £16.96 per hour

Monarch Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring Crèche Workers to support childcare settings in Hulme, Manchester (M15). With a variety of shift patterns available that fit within school hours, this role is ideal for parents, carers or anyone looking for a flexible position that works around existing commitments.
The Role
As a Crèche Worker, you will provide a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for young children. You will support children’s learning and development through play-based activities while ensuring their wellbeing is always prioritised.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and care for children in a safe and supportive environment.
- Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities and play sessions.
- Support children’s social, emotional and developmental needs.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures at all times.
- Work effectively as part of a childcare team.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children is essential.
- An EYFS or Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.
- A caring, patient and reliable approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good understanding of safeguarding practices.
