We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Drama Teacher to join a vibrant secondary education setting from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students through engaging and creative Drama lessons, helping them develop confidence, communication skills, and a love for the performing arts.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive.
- Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
- Encourage creativity, self-expression, and performance skills.
- Contribute to extracurricular Drama activities, productions, and performances where appropriate.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, attendance, and achievement.
Requirements
- Experience teaching Drama on a full-time basis within a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A passion for Drama and performing arts education.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred, although strong unqualified candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
