Monarch Education are currently supporting a school in Cradley Heath that are hoping to recruit an Early Career Teacher from September 2025.This school are known in the community for its welcoming nature and culture and how their children are at the forefront of everything they do. The Early Career Teacher is needed to be responsible for a full class of children in KS1 and support them with their access to learning, therefore this is a full teaching role. The school are a very inclusive and supportive school and are known for their staff loyalty and low staff turnover. This school will support ECT year.

Requirements of applicant:

• QTS or equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of the UK curriculum
• Recent experience supporting Key Stage 1 children
• Ability to plan, deliver lessons and mark

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Full time teacher of a full class of Key Stage 1 children
• Providing regular feedback to parents on the progression of each child
• Encourage each child to access their learning
• Understand how to motivate and inspire children to learn
• Ensure children’s needs are met at all times

Salary: £140-240 per day dependant on experience and previous pay scale.
