Early Career Teacher (ECT) Secondary

Final Year Secondary Early Career Teachers wanted in the North Manchester, Oldham and Tameside area. Monarch Education are currently working in close partnership with a number of secondary schools, academies and Multi Academy Trusts across Oldham and Tameside who are looking for Secondary trained Early Career Teachers or PGCE 14+ graduates to work in their schools. All Teacher are encouraged to apply, this is a great opportunity to support your search for your first teaching role, building up experience and contacts in schools to support your long term plans.

Monarch Education are here to support ECT’s with finding a full time teaching position with the opportunity to work in schools before you are awarded QTS once your studies have finished, giving you a great opportunitiy to network with schools. We also provide day to day, short term and long term cover work for those not yet looking for a contract but want to build on their experience in different schools.

Experience and Requirements:

• Able to travel to Oldham and Tameside Schools
• Qualified Teacher – PGCE / PGCE14+
• Experience with KS3, KS4 pupils
• Available for work in schools on a part time / full time basis / ad-hoc
