Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Qualified Practitioner to join a warm and supportive early years setting in the Lockleaze area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate practitioner who is committed to delivering high‑quality early years education and helping young children thrive.

About the Role

  • Support children aged 0-5 in a nurturing and stimulating environment
  • Deliver engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Foster children’s development across all learning areas-social, emotional, physical, and cognitive
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning space
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues
  • Ensure safeguarding, health, and wellbeing remain top priorities

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Genuine passion for early years education
  • Ability to create a fun, creative, and supportive learning atmosphere
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of the EYFS and child development
  • Reliability, enthusiasm, and a caring approach
