Early Years Teaching Assistant – Banbury
Location: Banbury
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £88.92 – £105.89 per day (dependent on experience & qualifications)
Hours: Full-time & part-time available (flexible based on your availability)

Monarch Education is looking for a passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Banbury. If you have a love for working with young children and supporting their early development, we would love to hear from you!

The Role:

• Supporting children in Early Years (ages 3-5) with their learning and development
• Encouraging play-based learning and social interaction
• Assisting the class teacher with daily activities
• Providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
• Working closely with SEN children where required

About You:

• Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting
• Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (desirable but not essential)
• A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
• A willingness to adapt and work as part of a team
