Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming nursery and primary setting in the Cheltenham area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting early development and helping young children thrive in a nurturing learning environment.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support children across Early Years in their learning, play, and development
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
  • Assist with delivering high-quality activities aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to enhance children’s educational experience
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A recognised Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
  • Experience working within an Early Years or primary school setting
  • A warm, caring, and patient approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A passion for helping children learn and grow
