English Language Teacher/ Manager
Monarch Education are currently working with an educational setting in Inverness, Scotland who are seeking a number of experienced Teachers/ Tutors to help support children and adults who have relocated to the UK from overseas. These refugees will require support with learning the basics of the English Language, in order to help them get started with life in the UK
Role Responsibilities:
We are seeking someone who is a qualified and/ or experienced English Language Teacher, who is also able to manage the day to day running’s of the tuition site. This will include creating tuition schedules for both tutors and students, student assessments, resource requests, daily logs of attendance, communication with both site staff and Tutors and other general duties to ensure the smooth running’s of the day to day
You will also potentially stand in as a Tutor where needed, in the event of a Tutors absence etc.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing daily/ weekly schedules and be well organised with the ability to communicate effectively to both members of staff and students.
Qualifications such as TEFL, CELTA or ESOL would be ideal, but not essential if you possess experience.
