Job Title: Secondary School English Teacher

Rate of Pay: £143.58 to £199.02 per day

Monarch Education is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated English Teacher to join our team and contribute to the vibrant learning environment at a secondary school in Faringdon, Oxfordshire. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for literature and language.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students, providing support and challenge where necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the English curriculum and the overall school improvement plan.
• Establish effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to education.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in English or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching English at the secondary school level.
• Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and assessment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
