Monarch Education are currently working with a Mainstream Secondary School located within the Bolton area, who are seeking a full time Qualified and experienced English Teacher to join their school.

The school are ideally looking for an outstanding teacher, with a proven track record of success and raising pupil outcomes.

You will have:

• A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status
• The ability to teach to GCSE standard.
• Experience of innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners.

Job Summary:

• Plan, design and produce teaching materials and resources which are appropriate to age and ability.
• Plan, deliver and review lessons which are appropriate to the age and ability of the students so as to facilitate progression in students’ learning.
• Assess, record and report on the development, progress and attainment of the students assigned.
• Manage the classroom and teaching equipment so to create a positive learning environment which makes effective use of available resources.
• Attend meetings, carry out administrative tasks and duties as required.

The Role:

• Full time, Monday – Friday
• English Subject Teacher
• Bolton BL1 area
